M2 Day 24 Not focused on time
Today I finished late from work and went to the gym. I’ve decided to put abs on the same day as my scheduled workout at the gym. I will then just do cardio on the other days. Of course this does add more time on the gym however now instead of getting fixated on time and wanting to get back on schedule, I decided to space out from it. I decided that I don’t care how long it takes but I’m going to get it right. I decided to emotionally free myself from it. It was a great feeling. All I focused on was doing the workout perfectly. It was great because I felt I had power in my life instead of getting controlled by the constraints of time. What is wanting to get back that 5 to 10 minutes earlier. What does it really achieve?
